摘要: A number of observers higher education are arguing that the recent changes in the sector indicate a ‘corporatisation’ and this process of ‘corporatisation’ is eroding traditional values practices thus altering nature education. According to organisational theorists, culture an organisation can offer clues about functionality organisation. Indeed understanding might enable key stakeholders foretell system failure, hence save such as university from going ‘pathological’. This paper presents part exploratory investigation into Australian university.
