摘要: By rapid quenching from the melt, solid solutions having NaCl-type structure can be obtained between binaries of NbC, TaC, WC, and MoC. The superconducting transition temperatures these pseudobinaries were investigated. experimental results consistent with interpretation that density states at Fermi surface is probably flat stoichiometry main factor for achieving maximum in temperature. Apparently, as improved, attractive phonon interaction electrons ${V}_{\mathrm{ph}}$ increases.
