摘要: A new method of testing touch trigger probes for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) has been proposed. The concept is based on measurements the distance between reference and triggering points in various directions. are established by rotation axis a precise rotary table. advantage this relies easy realisation with application commercial device roundness error measurement. accuracy presented much higher comparison existing procedures CMM calibration. mathematical principle used evaluation its uncertainty. validity was experimentally confirmed means one- two-stage type probes.
