摘要: A liquid crystal display device comprises a black mask layer formed by ink wherein particles of carbon have diameter ranging from about 0.1 to 0.3 microns. The particle size is effective inhibit aggregating themselves into projection which may establish electric connection between common electrode and segment the device. This improves reliability yield upon production devices.
