Perinatal data collection: current practice in the Australian nursing and midwifery healthcare context.

摘要: The collection of perinatal data within Queensland, Australia, has traditionally been achieved via a paper form completed by midwives after each birth. Recently, with an increase in the use e-health systems healthcare, migrated to online system. It is suggested that this move from ehealth platform resulted improvement error rates, completion levels, timeliness transfer healthcare institutions and subsequent publication items. Worldwide, are collected utilising variety methods, but essentially used for similar purposes: monitor outcome patterns obstetrics midwifery. This discusses current practice relation worldwide specific focus on highlights relevant issues midwives, points need further research into efficient collection.
