摘要: Abstract 1. Using acrylamide gel electrophoresis the serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) isoenzyme patterns of 204 patients with chronic renal failure have been examined for periods up to 18 months in length. 2. Of those elevated ALP activity bone was largely responsible. The presence increasing amounts even if total remains within normal reference range should also indicate pathology. 3. Intestinal major 15% on regular haemodialysis and 10% uraemic not dialysis. overall incidence detectable intestinal 36%. 4. With whose changed significantly during investigation this usually reflected changes amount isoenzyme. Patients abnormal isoenzymes their showed little variation over period study.
