摘要: Biological tissue transparency combined with light-sheet fluorescence microscopy is a useful method for studying the neural structure of biological tissues. The development also promotes progress in clearing methods. current clarifying methods mostly use liquid reagent to denature protein or remove lipids first, eliminate reduce scattering index refractive tissue. However, denaturing and removing require complex procedures an extended time period. Therefore, here we have developed acrylate resin high index, which causes directly after polymerization. This can improve endogenous retention by adjusting pH value monomer.
