摘要: Abstract ETO and symptoms of AR have been demonstrated to develop after an intranasal provocative antigen-challenge test. To determine the antigen dose required produce ETO, insufflations increasing amounts pollen (ragweed or timothy) from 0.1 100 mg were delivered 29 patients, ages 20 31 yr with who skin test positive had elevated serum-IgE antibodies ragweed timothy but not pine pollen. Our results developed in four ears at 0.05 pollen, one 0.5 mg, 1 28 10 15 50 two persisted 2 120 hr. Dose responses duration compared patients' that ranged 3% 36% BT (median 26.4%). The patients highest antibody values (≥26.4%) lower antigen-dose challenges (≤10 mg) ( p ≤ 0.01) also longer (≤48 hr) 0.05. Symptoms was less than resulted development 22 same other seven subjects. At a later date, these subjects challenged intranasally which no noted. In summary, expression challenge is immune-mediated reaction dependent related titer.
