摘要: The paper reports the results obtained during an experimental study on film boiling wires in presence of externally imposed electric field. arrangement allowed achieving various combinations pressure and subcooling independently environmental conditions. test section was electrically heated platinum wire with diameters 0.1 0.2 mm. working fluid FC-72. showed that two different regimes, separated by additional transition, can exist first regime, at low superheat, strongly influenced field, showing a remarkable heat transfer enhancement increasing voltage. second higher weakly dependent field strength almost coincident zero one.
