摘要: In the context of high performance image compression algorithms, such as that emerging JPEG 2000 standard, wavelet transform has demonstrated excellent with natural images. Like all waveform coding techniques, however, suffers in neighbourhood oriented edges clad artificial imagery text and graphics. this paper, we explore some opportunities offered by framework lifting for developing adaptive transforms to improve under these conditions.
