摘要: Athetis lepigone has been recorded in many countries Europe and Asia, but it had never documented as an agricultural pest until 2005. For the purpose of using sex pheromone to control this pest, we conducted a study identify A. lepigone by gas chromatography with electroantennographic detector (GC-EAD) GC coupled mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analyses. Three candidates were detected GC-EAD analysis extracts female gland, two identified (Z)-7-dodecenyl acetate (Z7-12:OAc) (Z)-9-tetradecenyl (Z9-14:OAc) ratio 1:5 spectral natural components dimethyl disulphide adducts. In field male trapping test, traps baited binary blend captured high number males, while single component hardly caught indicating that are essential for attractiveness. addition, optimum ratios Z7-12:OAc Z9-14:OAc determined 3:7–7:3, best doses (at 3:7 between Z9-14:OAc) 0.25–0.5 mg/trap, based on catches. The identification highly attractive will help developing efficient strategies monitoring A. lepigone.
