摘要: Cicatricial pemphigoid is at present an incurable, autoimmune disease that involves mucosa and skin. The mean age time diagnosis was 63 years, women were involved twice as often men. Eighty-three percent had oral mucosal involvement, 70% conjunctival 22% skin involved. Direct immunologic evaluation revealed IgG basement membrane in 57% cases C3 66%. been able manage adequately most topical or systemic corticosteroids. commonly encountered side effect candidiasis.
