摘要: The expression of HLA Ag on polyploid early human embryonic stages, obtained in an vitro fertilization and embryo transfer program, was investigated by indirect immunofluorescence tests using a panel mAb. Neither class I Ag, beta 2-microglobulin, nor II molecules could be detected blastomers. zona pellucida also lacked these but granulosa cells expressed Ag. These results make it likely that the absence is one mechanisms involved protecting implanting from rejection immunocompetent mother.
