摘要: Associations between skin microbes or biomarkers and pathological conditions have been reported in the literature. However, there is a lack of clarity on interaction coexistence common with physiology subsequent development clinical symptoms, role mediating these changes before disease. In this review, we aim to identify areas which extensive research for studied factors has already conducted, are under-represented. The SciFinder database was searched articles containing key words including specific microbes, biomarkers, diseases from beginning data record 26 April 2016, included an additional relevant recent publication our group. Among 8000 + selected, frequency keyword pairs two roles [microscopic markers (microflora biomarkers) reactions (skin disease)] investigated. Associated individual such as microflora (chosen based earlier publication) biophysical parameters, symptoms disease identified. present heatmap emphasizes significance structured review concerned factor associations early/subclinical clues that can be used prevent progression overt help precise care early intervention, indicated by microflora, interactive biophysics profile. findings provide novel approach explore may guide future directed towards predicting symptoms.
