摘要: Cytofluorometric analysis were performed on paraffin-embedded sections of hair follicle carcinoma. We classified carcinoma as malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor (MPTT) and trichilemmoma (MT) by Morioka's classification.In 12 cases MPTT, ten showed aneuploid pattern the histogram, two polyploid pattern. The average nuclear DNA content ranged from 2.81C to 5.11C. There was no significant difference cotent between non-metastatic MPTT metastatic MPTT.In 11 MT, eight pattern, three diploid 2.20C 6.43C. presence assumed be criteria for malignancy. not a significnant correlation clinical course incidence aneuploiod in MT.These results indicate that methods are satisfactory predicting behavior individual malignancy MT.
