摘要: An improved acoustic baffle for use with underwater hydrophone or transducer equipment on submarines and the like attenuating energy of a noise character emanating from submarine carrying thereby rendering immune to undesired ambient conditions, incorporates laminated assembly compliant spring elements. One embodiment is characterized by ribbed member effecting spacing plurality rubber tubing type sound absorbing alternative metallic springs controlled compliancy baffle. The assembled elements are attached steel plate before being placed in operation, mounted opposite side plate.
