摘要: We conducted a year long survey of the fruit-feeding butterfly fauna sacred forest groves and reserves Ghana. About one-third all species recorded for Ghana were trapped, but our total sample had not yet reached point saturation. Rarefied richness was higher in larger than small groves, as predicted by species-area relationship theory. Bebearia Euriphene showed greatest decline across sites, demonstrating that common, wide-spread can be vulnerable to fragmentation.
