摘要: There is a growing recognition within both the practice and research communities in pharmacy that serious attention must be given to systematic study of outcomes services, especially those are focused on patient. Research has tended focus too strongly measurement structure process, with unspoken assumption if these good quality, outcome will automatically similar. However, literature instruments vast practitioners moving into this area for first time may find themselves lost morass conflicting definitions different methods measurement. This review considers measures or 'measurement instruments' used assess subjective health status.
