Survival after fetal aortic balloon valvoplasty

摘要: The pre- and postnatal course of a child surviving after successful intrauterine balloon aortic valvoplasty for critical stenosis is described. She now well at 4 years age. A clearer understanding the hemodynamics in such cases improved catheter technology are necessary before this advocated as generally applicable technique. However, outcome case promising future fetal interventional procedures.
