摘要: 1. 1. In the encephale isole cat excitability was determined of thalamic neurones from which cortical recruiting response could be elicited by low frequency electrical stimulation. 2. 2. Strength-duration curves were drawn behaved according to equation: It⧸Iτ=1⧸(1−e−t⧸τ) 3. 3. The time constant (τ) cells involved measured conditioning-test shock technique and found, within limits experimental error, same as strength-duration curve. 4. 4. It is shown that this permits an estimate absolute relative refractory periods stimulated cells. 5. 5. An explanation these findings proposed.
