摘要: Abstract Samples of amorphous Fe 78 Si 9 B 13 ribbon were annealed at various temperatures well below the crystallization temperature ( T x ). The bend test on them was performed. samples studied using XRD, DSC and SEM. results both fracture surfaces manifest that ductile–brittle transition occurs between 250 275 °C. FeSi-type structure, detected by forms in this annealing range disappears beyond that. These investigations suggest structure is origin ribbon.
