摘要: This article presents a detailed plan for using the movie Other People's Money as an integrative technology to teach organizational behavior and finance concepts crossfunctionally. The depicts corporate restructuring issues in comic manner, while still conveying message. It incorporates topics such differing models perpectives, leadership, managerial goals, stakeholder needs/wants. also helps students learn about mergers acquisitions including like takeovers, tender offers, greenmail stimulating thinking aout complex ethical issues. teaching tool can be incorporated undergraduate or graduate business classes, module management education settings. notes include vocabulary list, suggested stopping points with discussion questions, set of postmovie questions reinforce related motivate further study.
