摘要: The invention discloses a solid chirality spectrum testing method of crystal chiral drug. comprises the steps: mixing drug sample with an inertia matrix preset weight ratio, and fully grinding to obtain powder; stepwise diluting according certain concentration gradient within proper range prepare plurality sheet films which are different in value same total weight; respectively performing on each film under condition so as obtained spectrums, analyzing comparing spectrums determine that accurate reliable data obtained. is particularly suitable for characterizing identifying solid-state three-dimensional chemical structure drug, simple visual operate; reliable.
