摘要: The authors present three major models for the joint effect of genes and environment on liability to psychiatric illness: additive effects genotype environment, genetic control sensitivity exposure environment. Each model is illustrated by several examples, including a quantitative one. attempt demonstrate that can interact in interesting potentially subtle ways, these interactions be expressed simple from which clear empirical predictions generated, elucidation etiology disorders will require consideration both environmental risk factors.
