摘要: A new approach is developed based on cooperative games and virtual water concept for quantity-quality assessment of transfer projects. It argued that a project can be executed to satisfy both economic environmental objectives needs. In fact, the proposed model evaluate economic, equity, environment criteria in order lead sustainable development. First, an optimization with objective maximizes net benefit inter-basin transfer. Then, meet quality requirements, impact decreasing flow sending basin estimated by using Nash Equilibrium. Finally, achieve equity retrieve sufficient incentives users, game theory approaches are utilized reallocation benefits. Effectiveness methodology has been examined applying it large scale case study central part Iran, from Solakan Rafsanjan basins. The results reveal could used as effective tool development allocation management resolving confliction aim physical constraints considering concept. addition, theory, realized twice initial allocation.
