摘要: In considering the physical properties of membrane lipids in eukaryotic fungi, several problems arise which limit interpretation analytical, spectroscopic and electron microscopic data. These limitations are imposed both by complex architecture cells our present technical inability to definitively separate isolate specific cellular membranes free all other components. Figure 1 illustrates distribution storage lipid droplets. this freeze-fracture replica we can see that inner fracture face (IFF) plasma contains many 10–15 nm particles presumed be proteins. Fixation with 2% glutaraldehyde temperature range, 5–38°, does not alter random these particles.
