摘要: Resume Etant limitee a la vessie, l'infection urinaire basse ne comporte pas de risque cicatrice renale. Elle peut etre symptomatique (troubles et brulures mictionnelles, douleurs pelviennes) ou asymptomatique. Le traitement fait appel une monotherapie par voie orale d'une duree habituelle 5 7 jours. En revanche, il n'y justification traiter infection Il est important rechercher cause favorisante, tout particulierement un trouble fonctionnel vesical constipation.
