摘要: In the present work, microfunnel-supported liquid-phase microextraction method (MF-LPME) based on applying low density organic solvent was developed for determination of antifoulings (Irgarol 1051, diuron and 3,4-dichloroaniline) from seawater samples. this method, home-designed MF device used facile loading retrieving during extraction procedure. The carried out with introduction 400 μL toluene via syringe into placed surface sample solution (300 mL) containing analytes. After extraction, extractant layer narrowed capillary part by pushing inside withdrawn using a to evaporate nitrogen purging. residual redissolved 50 methanol, diluted 100 deionized water injected high performance liquid chromatography UV detection (HPLC-UV). Several factors influencing such as type volume solvent, pH, time ionic strength were investigated optimized. Under optimized conditions, limits in 1.4, 4.8 1.0 ng L(-1) 3,4-dichloroaniline (DCA), Irgarol respectively. Enrichment obtained 333, 150 373 DCA, precision technique evaluated terms repeatability which less than 12.0% (n=5). applicability proposed samples collected harbors Bushehr located northern Persian Gulf coast.
