摘要: We present the development and validation of a new approach for quantitative functional imaging human skin based on machine learning technique analysis hyperspectral images. The considered parameters include blood volume fraction, oxygenation, melanin content, epidermal layer thickness. Additionally, degree residual polarization reflected light has been analyzed. validity confirmed by initial preclinical tests with tissue-mimicking phantoms, in-vivo tests, pilot clinical study type II diabetic patients. proposed great potential to be implemented in practice monitoring diagnosis chronic ulcers other relevant diseases.
