摘要: Abstract Neuroendoscopic surgery has been performed as an effective method for intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This study describes the know-how of constructing ICH cadaver model and training on main neuroendoscopic procedures ICH. During training, operation time twenty trainees in stages craniotomy corticotomy (stage 2), hematoma evacuation under endoscopy 3) was recorded. To distinguish factors influencing trainees’ surgical proficiency, calculated according to seniority, experience sequence. Questionnaire about validity conducted eventually. Ten models with bilateral were constructed. Seven worked seniority >5 years eleven had surgery. Operation ranged from 20.6 33.4 min stage 2 18.5 24.9 min 3. In 2, less needed comparing ≦5 years (22.56 ± 1.29 vs 29.25 ± 3.02 min, p
