摘要: Health care organisations have broadened their commitment to corporate social responsibility, since, as well providing health patients, activities negatively affect world pollution. This is a result of the products and technologies they use, resources consume, waste produce, buildings occupy operate. This, in turn, affects community. For this reason, growing number become involved improvements environmental sustainability, order promote public health. These need be controlled by system whose effects can assessed within process continuous improvement. research, therefore, sets out model constructed extension fuzzy environment technique for preference similarity ideal situation (TOPSIS), assess responsibility organizations. The weights were obtained from judgements given both an expert matters, group types stakeholder combined. has been applied Spanish hospital over period five years. closeness coefficients with patient are on average 6.59% higher than those expert, so it said that patients less demanding matters. models was assessed, comparing combines built groups. seen high, but greater case ranking judgements. results all cases suggest low risk serious problem hospital. Nonetheless, also implies there opportunities use intended take into account increasingly important include opinions different stakeholders decision assessment processes environment.
