摘要: Nanocomposites consisting of Cu or Cu2O nanoparticles in various polyimide (PI) films were successfully prepared using polyamic acid (PAA) and powders. powders dissolved into PAA solutions, the solutions spin-coated onto substrates. formed PI film by curing a reducing inert atmosphere, respectively. The transformed to post-heat treatment an oxidizing atmosphere after atmosphere. Transmission electron microscopy showed that uniform, round 6.0 nm diameter dispersed treatment. addition 4,4?-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride-4,4?-oxydianiline (6FDA-ODA) enhanced refractive index 6FDA-ODA from 1.60 1.72 at 633 nm, transparency nanocomposite was about 70?90% visible region remained around 90% beyond 550 nm.
