摘要: Abstract In the Mediterranean area, climate change is associated with atmospheric CO2 concentration increases, enhanced temperatures and scarce water availability, limiting seriously crop yield decreasing quality. The aim of this study was to investigate effects elevated CO2, temperature deficit, acting individually and/or interacting, on vegetative reproductive growth, substrate plant status, must quality in fruit-bearing cuttings two grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) cultivars (red white Tempranillo). four gradient greenhouses, eight treatments were applied, from fruit set maturity: level (400 versus 700 μmol mol−1), (ambient ambient +4 °C), availability (full irrigation cyclic drought). Effects grape cultivar dependent. Generally, red Tempranillo had more growth than cultivar. Also, less affected by growth. Drought, especially under temperature, drastically reduced bunch fresh dry weights both cultivars. Interestingly, attenuated these negative drought. climatic factors not a worse status or organs. Tempranillo, combination drought total polyphenol index (TPI), malic acid increased color density, but did modify anthocyanin concentration. combined action three modified only tartaric acid. latter cultivar, TPI regardless level, when compared full-irrigated plants. conclusion, change-related (elevated deficit) (especially drought) interacting different extent yield. Drought performance, mitigated such deleterious effect.
