摘要: Problem statement: Based on the concept of Balanced Scorecard (BSC), this study was intended to assist establishment performance evaluation system for social education institutions in transforming phase. Approach: An evidence-based analysis processed examine objectivity indicators and weights key factors current evaluation. Results: BSC, literature analysis, expert interviews Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), investigated propriety management currently used by phase, with intention establish a more objective practical system.
