摘要: Introduction : Neutrophilic dermatoses are conditions characterized by a dermal neutrophilic infiltration associated with variable leukocytoclasia. Oral involvement occurs but is rare and of less importance than the cutaneous involvement. Observation The case 71-year-old man in whom major manifestations disease were recurrent oral ulcers tongue pustulosis reported. skin biopsies revealed dense infiltrate lamina propria. Clinical symptoms quickly resolved colchicine treatment. clinical course allowed us to diagnose Sweet's syndrome pustulosis. Discussion main differential diagnosis from Behcet’s disease. Overlap exists between two diseases, so they must be differentiated. recurrence little inflammatory halo quick resolution pustules, as well histological patterns, not compatible Behcet's
