摘要: Summary One of the two ribosomal RNA operons thermophilic methanogen Methanobacterium thermoautotrophicum was sequenced and examined for transcriptional signals limits, gene organization primary secondary structure 16S 5 S RNA. start identified 213 nucleotides upstream from gene, preceded by a long T-rich sequence that could be promoter.
