摘要: Fe/Mo composite coatings were prepared by air plasma spraying (APS) using Fe-based and Mo-based amorphous nanocrystalline mixed powders. Microstructural studies show that the present a layered structure with low porosity due to adding self-bonded alloy. Corrosion behaviors of coatings, investigated electrochemical measurements salt spray tests. Electrochemical results exhibit lower polarization current density higher corrosion potentials than coating when tested in 3.5wt% NaCl solutions, indicating superior resistance compared coating. Also increase addition alloy, raised resistance, inferred an potential decrease density, can be found. The tests again is enhanced which helps reduce enhance stability passive films.
