摘要: The goal of this study was to investigate whether there is a “critical period” in the fourth and fifth week life laboratory rats, where an effect comparable socialisation people can be achieved. Preliminary tests on 6 female wistar-rats at age six weeks have been carried out test different methods non-invasive stress assessment develop procedure for main experiments. Not all investigated were applicable performed study. For example it could shown that determination corticosterone metabolites faeces pointed distinct circadian rhythm, but no stress-related peak after performing planned procedure. IgA has not adequate show stress-induced changes either. The developed consisted behaviour tests: modified home cage emergence test, open field handtest. Additionally, neck grip body-surface thermometry out, catching evaluated. In experiment I, animals allocated cages, splitting into experimental control groups genetically balanced way. rats housed three under standard conditions type-IV Makrolon™ cages. 24 wistar 21 days used I (“early gentling”). group gentled 10 minutes each day life. All underwent assess their towards beginning sixth, eighth, tenth fourteenth life, as well six, half nine months. Following months same by person unfamiliar (test with person). 12 which sisters had purchased together them days, II (“late tested first time In subsequent person, they served zero check I. these tests, groups. two weeks. After gentling, months, both people. For III (early “intensified gentling”) 24 used. twice day. Furthermore, talked during gentling recieved food reward. analogously I. All parts analysed separately. Furthermore five principal target figures (PTF), summarising some results, defined. PTF 1 summarised audible vocalisation freezing 2 biting manipulations abortion grip, 3 handtest, 4 stressor 5 from field, without vocalisation. High values rated “tameness”. The “early gentling” people. showed significantly (p<0.05) higher tameness” than (beginning 6th. life) 4, 8th 5, 10th (14th person) 1, 5. The programme, conducted (main II), noteworthy differences between insignificant. The early most distinctive least one significant “tameness” 6th up including 7 (6 life), difference p<0.01 p<0.05. 14th months) group. Further results led (p<0.001) better feed utilization groups. In great litters occured. Not responsive extent. increasing number habituation occurred. The programmes appropriate reduce fear reactions people, when fewer contact A more intense longer lasting effects. Because also indicated group, taken hint general limited experimenter. Since effects did last lifetime, called “socialisation” However, regarded hints does exist development are particularly programme. Further studies necessary programme optimised effort impact, accurately define period”.
