摘要: An automated method for measuring the development of a biofilm, containing one or more fluorescent moieties, on plurality surfaces using confocal imaging system including: a) radiation source forming beam electromagnetic including wavelengths; b) an optical directing and focusing said onto planes object; c) detection detecting emitted from object producing image data; d) scanning in with radiation, comprising steps of: i) growing biofilm surfaces; ii) presence moieties within by collecting emissions to produce images; iii) analysing images means data processing under control computer software determine structure biofilm.
