摘要: This work presents a holistic 'closed loop' approach for the development of models biological systems. The ever-increasing availability experimental information necessitates advancement systematic methodology to organise and utilise these data. Herein, we present model building framework that maps treatment from initial conception model, through its validation finally application in model-based optimisation studies. We highlight discuss current issues associated with mathematical systems share our perspective towards will facilitate control vitro silico.
