摘要: An antigen binding protein construct or 'minibody' which includes the VL and VH domains of a native antibody fused to hinge region CH3 domain immunoglobulin molecule is described. Minibodies are small versions whole antibodies encode in single chain essential elements antibody. expressed by host cells transformed with minibody genes.
