摘要: A randomized clinical trial of culturally adapted and unadapted motivational interviewing to reduce drinking related problems among heavy Latinos assessed 57 participants at baseline 2 (86% retention) 6 months (84% after treatment. Significant decreases across both treatments were found in days per month consequences (p < .001), with greater reductions for (p = .009) continuing months. Findings provide preliminary support the value cultural adaptation enhance efficacy Latino drinkers.
