摘要: MATERNAL ADJUSTMENT TO PREMATURE BIRTH: UTILIZING THE ROY ADAPTATION MODEL AS A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK By Ivy Razmus The purpose of this study was to ascertain whether the adjustment for primiparous mothers preterm infants less positive than term utilizing Roy Adaptation Model as a conceptual framework. This secondary analysis utilized data from larger longitudinal study. collected at three months post birth in homes mothers. sample consisted 55 and 46 full Affects Balance Scale (Derogatis, 1983) used measure adjustment. significant difference found between on Positive subscales: joy, contentment vigor. No differences were fullterm Negative Scale.
