摘要: The present invention relates to a double-layered polymer capsule for stabilizing carotenoid such as β- carotin and method preparing the same, cosmetic composition comprising more particularly, prepared by cationic containing coating surface of with an anionic polymer. according is system preventing degeneration active material outside destructive environment effective on materials susceptible oxidation.
