摘要: This review summarizes recent experimental investigations using neutron scattering on layered nanomagnetic systems (accentuating my contribution), which have applications in spintronics also. Polarized of such artificially structured materials are basically done to understand the interplay between structure and magnetism confined within nanometer scale that can be additionally depth-resolved. Details identification buried domains their nature lateral vertical correlations important. A particularly interesting aspect has emerged over years is capability measure polarized directions parallel perpendicular applied field direction (which also quantization axis for polarizations). was added with measuring specular as well off-specular geometry. Distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA) theory neutrons proved a remarkable development quantitative analysis data measured simultaneously modes same framework. In particular, depth distribution ferromagnetic spins relative interface interlayer-coupled or exchange-coupled system been extensive. For example, twisted magnetization state at interlayer coupled interfaces intricacies symmetric asymmetric reversals along suppression training effect exchange microscopically identified only. The investigation magnetic species dilute semiconductor superlattices, low angle scattering, played crucial role both from practical fundamental research points view.
