Conceptual design of components of an industrial oven through the integration between the reverse engineering and DFMA

摘要: This study focuses on investigating the integration between reverse engineering (RE) and design for manufacture assembly (DFMA) as tools to support conceptual of products. From a literature review these concepts, this research aims examine adequacy model integrated use DFMA rapid prototyping in an ER approach new locking system industrial oven recommend improvements lock system. The method employed was action-research since aim solve problem identified company, object study, partnership with company team. results indicate reductions, especially cost, time manufacture, time. It concluded that studied adequate process proposed by approach.
