摘要: Research on competitive strategies of Belgian glasshouse growers reveals that high quality and environmental sound production will be required in the future. The aim current research is to detect determinants management at firm level their impact performance enterprise. Based a theoretical framework basic hypothesis that, besides external variables, personal characteristics manager (age, education, objectives,...) (sector, size, business objectives...) determine adopted operating as well firm. Data for are obtained from accounting data interviews using pre-tested questionnaire 59 holdings specialised vegetable 89 ornamental plants belonging Farm Accountancy Network (FADN) Centre Agricultural Economics. Cluster analysis, analysis variance regression used analyse data. Statistical positively related 'participation seminars', 'expressive objectives', 'creativity innovation', 'economic dimension' 'vegetable production'. Investments techniques influenced by dimension', seminars objectives innovation 'growth'. Analysis financial indicates positive significant association with management.
