摘要: Activation of the G-protein-coupled receptor for glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide facilitates insulin-release from pancreaticβ -cells. In present study, we examined whether also acts as a growth factor theβ -cell line INS-1. Here, show that induced cellular proliferation synergistically with glucose between 2.5 mm and 15 by pleiotropic activation signaling pathways. Glucose-dependent stimulated modules PKA/cAMP regulatory element binder, MAPK, PI3K/protein kinase B in glucose- dose-dependent manner.
