摘要: In this work, we report the growth and functional characterizations of multiferroic TbMnO3 thin films grown on Nb-doped SrTiO3 (001) substrates using pulsed laser deposition. By performing detailed magnetic ferroelectric properties measurements, demonstrate that multiferroicity spin origin known in bulk crystals can be successfully transferred to films. Meanwhile, anomalous transition unusual magnetoelectric coupling related Tb moments are observed, suggesting a modified configuration as compared counterpart. addition, it is found enabled by even seen far above ordering temperature, which provides larger temperature range for control involving moments.
