摘要: The paper describes a revision of the structure MUNIN, causal probabilistic network that specifies stochastic model relations between range neuromuscular diseases and findings associated with these diseases. was revised 1) to achieve more flexible specification anatomical distribution diseases, 2) allow diagnosis or groups (e.g. polyneuropathies motor neuron diseases) previously lumped under common concept diffuse neuropathy 3) correlation carpal tunnel syndrome on left right side. Minor adjustments were also made some conditional probabilities used specify pathophysiology diseases.The diagnostic capability evaluated by letting MUNIN diagnose 30 cases. evaluation showed performed better sensitivity 94% specificity 94%.
